After decades of success in Beijing, where she built a reputation for innovation and heart-led leadership, Sophia moved to Manhattan with her family. Now, she brings her experience, elegance, and deep love of hospitality to New York City with Kol Noodle — a vibrant, modern space inspired by global flavors and designed for connection.

I ate braised beef noodles today and it was pretty decent.Good amount of beef chunks and decent base beef soup. Noodles didn’t get soggy which is great.I also got complimentary spring rolls and it was delicious.A good amount of flavor with a wide variety of vegetables in it. Overall very good experience.

I loved how the manager and workers welcomed us into the restaurant. The place was very nice and clean. The food was also Amazing, I ordered hot beef noodle soup and it was so good. The noodles tasted freshly hand made and the broth was so good, the texture of the noodles and beef was just perfectly well done. extremely satisfied with this product!

Thank you for your delicious noodles The vegetables were colorful, and the plating was really well done! I also love spicy food, so I was happy that the staff asked about the amount of spicy oil and adjusted it to my preference The noodles were chewy in a way I really liked. In NYC, it is common to pay over $20 for noodles, so being able to enjoy a meal like this around $17 felt like a great deal.
